Our small-group, day-long retreats for physicians or leaders in medicine provide dedicated time to evaluate and strategize through facilitation. These retreats occur in-person at a location away from work and home, providing focus absent of daily routine and interruptions. Continuing Education (CE) credits are available for physicians.

Cambial Retreats are facilitated by Emily M. Hayden, MD, MHPE. Dr. Hayden is a practicing Emergency Medicine physician who has led change in academic medicine and Emergency Medicine. Her career began in Healthcare Simulation, and a decade later she pivoted to Emergency Medicine Telehealth. Through almost 20-year career in academics, she has experienced and learned from career rebirth and renewal. Her keen sense of organizational behavior and willingness to challenge assumptions can help you overcome feeling stuck and adrift.
