Our small-group, day-long Career Restoration Retreats for mid-career healthcare professionals provide dedicated time to evaluate and strategize through facilitation. These retreats occur in-person at a location away from work and home, providing focus absent of daily routine and interruptions. Continuing Education (CE) credits are available for physicians.

Our one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with Dr. Emily Hayden give healthcare professionals the opportunity to reflect and reconsider their careers and their definition of success.

Cambial in-person retreats and virtual coaching are facilitated by Emily M. Hayden, MD, MHPE. Dr. Hayden is a practicing Emergency Medicine physician who has led change in academic medicine and Emergency Medicine. Her career began in Healthcare Simulation, and a decade later she pivoted to Emergency Medicine Telehealth. Through almost 20-year career in academic and clinical medicine, she has experienced and learned from career rebirth and renewal. Her keen sense of organizational behavior and willingness to challenge assumptions can help you increase your career resilience, overcome feelings of being stuck and adrift, and revitalize your purpose.
